Winter Reading Program!
It's our first ever Annual Winter Reading Program! It will be done February 4th-March 28th during regular library hours. It's eight fun weeks of reading incentives, weekly drawings, puzzles, games, activities, and hot chocolate! For every book you read, an entry form is filled out and put in for the prize drawing. What are the rewards, you might ask? Well, it's can't be said for sure, but there are weekly prizes and one big, final drawing on March 28th for the prized prize of them all!

This program is great because it's not just for the kids, it's for all ages! So think of it this way. It's cold. It's dreary. You're bored. You're weary. So go to the local library and settle down with a good book and a nice cup of hot chocolate!

Building Bricks For The Future
We have a new dream at the Tekamah Carnegie Public Library. We want to expand our amazing library by adding a whole new addition! Have you ever wanted to have your name somewhere in history? Well, now you can. Just ask the Tekamah-Herman Elementary! They are helping the library continue many more years of service in the community. They are holding a coin drivie February 11th-February 29th in hopes of raising enough money through pocket change to buy a brick that will be used and displayed in the new addition. You can do the same. You can find a flyer at the library with a diagram of the new addition. Each brick is $100, and you can put whatever writing on it that you please. Get the "Buy a brick" form here!

If you don't wish for a brick, you could also make a donation! Click here for the donation form!
