100K Grant
The Nebraska
Department of Economic Development has awarded the Tekamah Public Library
a $100,000.00 grant! The money is part of almost $1.3 million in grants
to 12 municipalities for the development or improvement of civic, cultural,
and convention centers. In Tekamah the money will be earmarker for the
construction of the library's addition. Part of the new facility will be
used as a tourism facilit. The new building also will feature meeting space.

enjoy a good book and a good time with us!
Building Bricks For
The Future
We have a new dream at the Tekamah Carnegie Public Library. We want
to expand our amazing library by adding a whole new addition! Have you ever
wanted to have your name somewhere in history? You can find a flyer at the
library to help decide what to have on your brick. Each brick is $100, and
you can put whatever writing on
it that you please. Get the "Buy a brick" form here!
