The Mission of our PTA:

1. To support and speak on behalf of the children and youth in schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children.

2. To assist parents indeveloping the skills they need to raise, protect and prepare their children.

3. To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of the state.

 

Who we are:

A group of dedicated and caring individuals striving to make each school year the best! The PTA is a national organization working towards the improvement of education for all children. All parents, teachers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends... anyone involved in the life of a child is encouraged to become a member and participant! Get involved in the life of a child.

 

Our objectives are:

1. To promote the welfare of the children and youth in home, school and community.

2. To raise the standards of home life

3. To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.

4. To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in teh education of children and youth.

5. To develop between educators adn the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education.
