Registration Fee
The workshop fee for each student is $47.00 This check should be payable
to Tekamah-Herman High School. IF funds have been raised by your child to
participate in this event, he or she will be notified in advance as to the
amount that is still owed. (This applied to junior & senior high students
from Tekamah-Herman.) Back

T-Shirts
Each participant
will wear a Young Americans t-shirt as part of their costume for the
final performance. To purchase this shirt, the cost is
$10.00. This will be paid directly to the Young Americans, so please be
certain to make this check payable to: The Young Americans. If you
do not wish to purchase a t-shirt, you may "rent" a t-shirt for
the evening. In this case, please include $10.00 as a deposit & when
the shirt is returned following the performance, the full amount will be
returned
to you.

Meals
We will be
supplying meals each evening for the Young Americans and, as a convenience,
we would like to make these meals available to the participants as well.
If your son or daughter would like to eat the evening meals with the Young
Americans, then please fill out the "meal section" of the registration form
to indicate which meals you would like. You may choose to eat any of all
of these meals. Please note: we must have an accurate coung of those who
will be eating, so these meals must be included on your registration in order
to be obtained. (Please include your meal payment, checks payable to Tekamah-Herman
High School.) Directors - please indicate if you'd like meals when sending
your student applications. Thank you. (Personal note: These meals are REALLY
GOOD!)

Important
Facts/Times
Registration
will take place in the Tekamah-Herman High School auditorium from 1-1:30
on Thursday, February 11th for anyone wishing to participate who has not
yet registered. We also ask that all participants "check in" during
this time frame. Please do not come early as we have many things to do
to prepare
for the workshop. Once the students are registered, we will ask them to
wait quietly in the cafeteria or on stage in the auditorium. (The Young
Americans will be setting up and rehearsing in the gymnasium.) Thursday's
rehearsal will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. and last until 8:00 p.m. The
students will be expected to return at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning and go
until 4:00 p.m. that evening. Saturday will begin at 3:00 with the final
perfomance beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Final Performance/Tickets
The final
performance will be held in the gymnasium at Tekamah-Herman High School
(in Tekamah) on Saturday evening, February 13th. We are offering
each participant the ability to pre-purchase tickets for the performance
during the workshop. If you wish to pre-purchase tickets, you may do
so by indicating tickets on the registration form (tickets will be
delivered when Young Americans arrive). OR you may pre-purchase them
directly from
the Young Americans the second day of the workshop. Tickets for the
evening performance ar $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. Seating
will be general seating on a first come, first served basis. Please
do not
"hold" seats, as this becomes a theatre manager's nightmare.
If there is someonewith special needs, please contact Mrs. Niewohner
in advance
and we will make accomodations as necessary. No tickets will
be reserved. All must be paid for in advance in order to be purchased. No
refunds will be made on pre-purchased tickets. *Host families of the
Young Americans
will receive 2 complimentary tickets and "front row seating" the
evening of the performance.*
