THE ADAM LE ROY GARDNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
SCHOLARSHIP RULES
1. NAME
This scholarship is given in memory of Adam Le Roy Gardner.
2. MONEY
The funds for this scholarship will be held in the Tekamah Herman Public Schools Foundation Open Account.
3. CONTROL
This scholarship shall be controlled by the donors, Mr. and Mrs. Troy Zinn.
4. NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS
There will be one scholarhsip awarded each year.
5. AMOUNT
The amount of the scholarship shall be $500.00
6. FREQUENCY
This scholarship shall be awarded in January with a certified check written to both the student and the college they are attending.
7. ELIGIBILITY
The applicant must be a senior at the Tekamah-Herman Community Schools.The applicant must plan to attend and be accepted in a nursing program. Funds will be dispersed upon verification of attendance in a nursing program.The applicants who are being considered for this scholarship shall have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5.
8. APPLICATION
The applicant must make formal application for this scholarship. Forms are available by clicking on Application Form at the bottom of this application. All applications must be returned to the counselor's office by April 15.
9. SELECTION
The donors will select the person who will be awarded this scholarship.
